Jack Schwarz is a Research Associate at RMC Research and works to help states and districts meet the needs of underperforming schools through policy and research analysis, one-on-one and small group coaching and advisement, as well as the design and delivery of professional development. Jack brings to bear over thirteen years of experience working with diverse audiences at the state and local level in policy advisement, research and evaluation, professional development, and stakeholder engagement. Jack also has experience leading state and regional projects through the federally funded Comprehensive Center program, including on ESSA implementation and the use of evidence-based interventions and structures to support underperforming schools and districts.
