Jack Schwarz is a project lead for the Region 7 Comprehensive Center. He assists the state of Florida in supporting school leadership teams to improve instruction for struggling students. Mr. Schwarz is a research associate at RMC Research and brings more than 13 years of experience working to help states and districts meet the needs of underperforming schools through policy and research analysis, one-on-one and small group coaching and advisement, and the design and delivery of professional development. Mr. Schwarz has more than eight years of experience working with states through the federally funded Comprehensive Centers program. He previously lead state and regional projects for the Northeast Comprehensive Center on topics such as Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) implementation, the use of evidence-based interventions, and structures to support underperforming schools and districts.
EDUCATION: Ed.M. in education policy and management from Harvard Graduate School of Education; B.A. in classical studies from University of Chicago
