Kimilee Norman-Goins, Publishing and Communications Director, provides technical writing assistance in areas such as editing, digital content creation, social media management, and graphic design. At RMC, Kimilee directs quality assurance procedures and ensures that deliverables are error-free and highly shareable. She provides technical writing assistance for the Region 7 Comprehensive Center’s website and social media platforms and works to engage with stakeholders and audiences through blogging, newsletters, and social outreach. She coordinates with subject matter experts and their writing to improve widespread perception. Kimilee also serves as the R7CC representative to highlight current projects with the National CC Network.
