This Regional Educational Laboratory Southeast infographic provides an overview of select evidence-based resources available to literacy leaders for use in self-study and professional learning communities (PLCs). The roadmap serves as a navigation tool with direct links to various videos and guidance documents. It charts eight steps for users to traverse across an evidence-based course of action that operationalizes data to inform appropriate selection of literacy interventions aligned with identified student needs. State, district, and school leadership learn the importance and impact of implementation teams in building local capacity to: (1) select and implement evidence-based practices; and (2) increase the literacy achievement of both elementary and secondary students. The following link provides a four-minute video describing the roadmap, embedded resources, and their use: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJOEiSCSago
